Arkana Laboratories
A day on the ground at Arkana with Gene Kim. Three sessions: a working session on data processing and extraction with Arkana's physician research group; an unpacking of Beads and Gas City with the engineering and data teams; and a workshop with Arkana's internal Vibe Coding cohort alongside roughly 25 external participants from the wider Arkansas tech community.
Having you at Arkana gave our engineering team a massive boost and the energy hasn't worn off. Truly appreciate you making the trip.
Commonwealth Bank of Australia
A week on the ground in Sydney and Melbourne with the Commonwealth Bank's engineering organization. The visit covered internal workshops with engineering teams, smaller presentations and working sessions with leadership, and a workshop open to the wider Australian engineering community.
The most amazing part for me however was just getting our teams to hang out with them directly, and soak up some of their magic.

A workshop and keynote with Gene Kim at the Enterprise Technology Leadership Summit.
S&P 500 SaaS company
A company-wide talk for a large public SaaS company. More than 2,000 engineers dialed in for a single session staged in a room built for about 200 — the kind of turnout that surprises the host's own IT department.

A full day at Genetec's annual developer conference. The session mix is an invited talk and a workshop on the main ElevateDev'26 program (June 9–12), a book signing for Vibe Coding, and a set of working meetings with engineering cohorts at Genetec.
Fannie Mae Summit
A full day at Fannie Mae's (FNMA) annual internal summit. A keynote, workshops, and the usual mix of working sessions with engineering and leadership cohorts. Further details to come.
